SIGNATURE PACKAGING

Each Iconic Jungle bag will be gift wrapped in our Signature packaging: an eco-friendly packaging box, totally hand made in Italy with recycled paper. Every item is protected by a cotton cover bag and delicately wrapped in a our paper box to maintain their shape.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND TRANSPORT COSTS

  • 1. For Bags Leather Goods, worldwide delivery is offered. During the ordering process, we indicate the estimated delivery time of your bag, depending on the actual production time and the final destination country. When your order will be confirmed within 4-5 days to your personal e-mail address, we’ll indicate a more precise delivery time.
  • 1.2. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order and we will send you the tracking number of your package by e-mail. The Customer will receive the Products separately as soon as they are  ready for shipment. For security reasons, a signature is required upon receipt of all orders.
  • 1.3 All our orders are shipped in our signature packaging and placed in a neutral and discreet cardboard box. If your purchase is a gift, please note it in "additional information" at the time of payment, or check the box "This is a gift", before entering the delivery address. You will receive your order elegantly packaged and if you wish, you can add a personal message. As the prices are not visible, gift orders can be shipped directly to the recipient.
  • 1.4. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of the order being shipped. Therefore, tracking may not be available immediately after shipment. Please check again the next day.
  • 1.5. For security reasons, ICONICJUNGLE does not process any order addressed to a post office box and does not accept any order that does not identify the natural person held to be the recipient of the order or the address in question. In cases where the Order concerns Pre-Ordered Products and/or Customised Products, the delivery time will be more than 30 days and ICONICJUNGLE will deliver these Products on the date or during the estimated delivery period agreed with the Customer, as indicated to the Customer in the Product description sheet.
  • 1.6 With regard to a Pre-order of several articles simultaneously, ICONICJUNGLE reserves the right to modify the estimated delivery time on the website and will promptly inform the customer.
  • 1.7 As soon as the purchased Product is shipped, the Customer receives an email to the address indicated in the Order. This email contains a shipping tracking code and a link that allows the Customer to track the delivery in real time.
  • 1.8. The Customer bears the risk of loss or damage to the Products from the moment he/she, or a third party designated by the Customer and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products. In the event that, on the other hand, the loss or damage to the Product occurs before physical delivery to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer, ICONICJUNGLE shall refund to the Customer any amounts already paid.  Any damage noted or occurring after receipt of the goods is the responsibility of the Customer.
  • 2. Delivery to the hotel We can deliver without any problem to your hotel. Please enter the name of the hotel when entering your delivery address. Please remember to indicate the dates of your stay in the "additional information" field so that we can ensure that we can deliver you on time. If this is not the case, we will contact you again to inform you.
  • 3. Delivery problems 3.1. Any defect or delay in delivery, exceeding the delivery times mentioned, must be reported by e-mail, mentioning your name and order number, to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Our customer service will do everything possible to unblock the delivery as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for customs problems and their particular delays in certain cases. Any claim made after thirty (30) calendar days after the date of validation of your order cannot be taken into account.
  • 3.2. In the event that ICONICJUNGLE does not deliver the Products ordered within the aforementioned period, the Customer must set ICONICJUNGLE a suitable additional period of time to deliver the Products in question, in accordance with the applicable laws currently in force.
